A passionate self-taught person, I decided to make my passion my new profession.

Alongside my wife Stéphanie, and in addition to her guest rooms, I offer my skills to develop a "wine tourism" component for her customers.

Having learned my trade in Beaujolais where I was raised to the rank of "Grapilleur du Beaujolais" then on the Isle of Beauty with its characterful wines (like my Corsican friends), I have a penchant for Bordeaux wines and the Côtes de Provence Eclectic, my two guilty pleasures are the Côte-Rôties and the Corton-Charlemagne.

Now living in the Jura, I was able to discover its wines, which are also full of character. Faithful to the regions where I live, it is the wines of the Jura that I am putting in the spotlight here. We are stamped "Vignobles et Découvertes".
